Gouda Holland center piece pottery bowl

Gouda pottery, Holland,This "Gouda Pottery" bowl or center piece has a wonderful Art Deco design to it.Signed "Scheveningen" on the lower base rim. This piece has a wonderful mutted color scene depicting young girls playing at a sandy beach with seaweed in one of the girls hands, sail boats in the distance and seagulls in the sky. Signed on base TV Livg Holland # 7046 O. This beautiful piece measures 16 and and one half inches long by 4 inhes high. The width tappers from 9 and and one half inches up to 5 and and one half inches at the top opening.The condition is excellent with one small flake on the bottom rim. This is a wonderful piece of art pottery from Holland and one of the best Gouda pieces we have ever had.

Porcelain bust of a lady signed Bohemian RSK

Antique Austrian porcelain,porcelain busts,Bohemian porcelains,This wonderfully hand painted porcelain bust of a woman is signed R S K Bohemia 1012 made in Austria which we believe to be the Riessner,stelmacher & Kessel Amphora company 1892 to 1905. This antique porcelain bust has a lovely mat glaze and wonderful flesh tones. There are some damage areas that have pieces missing. There are two end pieces at the end of the dress in the back and front and some other small flakes. The detail to this piece is quite wonderful with roses in her hair and on her bust. The fabric detail is excellent. This antique Bohemian or Austrian bust measures 19 inches high and 11 inches wide. The pedestal is 6 inches in diameter.
