Chinese Export Porcelain Platter and Strainer,Chinese Export Porcelain Covered straining platter, This Chinese Export Porcelain Service Piece measures 16 inches wide 16 inches deep and 2 inches high. This piece was part of a large service Gold monogrammed Script initials LMS inside a swagged cartouche was on all the pieces. Made around 1820 the set which this piece was a part of belonged to Laban Smith born 1765 and Mary his wife Nee Bradley 1767 to 1834 of Fair Haven and Wooster Street New Haven CT. This piece is in very good condition. Shipping extra. Connecticut residents and buyers picking up in Connecticut add 6% state sales tax. Buyers outside the USA are responsible for any taxes,tariffs or customs that might apply.

These rose medallion vases are 2 and one half inches in diameter at the base and measure 4 inches widest. Excellent original condition. This pair dates from the mid to late 19th century

Antique Doulton Persian vase hand painted by George White

Antique Doulton persian vase It measures 13 and one quarter inches high. It is in the form referred to as classic Sevres on a square pedestal base with a trumpet lip. This form was intended to be displayed in pairs. It is stamped with the brown Doulton Burselm crown mark, and is incised with additional factory marks. This particular mark was used after 1877 and before 1891. It is stamped by the retailer J.E. Caldwell & Co. Philadelphia. The hand-painted artist's mark, GW, is that of George White, who was employed from 1885 to 1912. The upper bulbous section of the vase is a band of peonies and foliage with raised gold outlines. The lower portion, the neck, and the stem are in a brocade design with a raised gold floral and foliate overlay. Separating the two designs are bands of raised nibs and fluting. The vase is in perfect condition
